Tai Chi
Deliberate movement, awareness, balance and relaxation. A friendly entry point for newcomers and a deep ongoing practice for experienced students.
Moving meditation
An overview
Tai Chi Chuan is often described as moving meditation. Through deliberate, continuous movement, students cultivate awareness, balance, coordination, flexibility and relaxation. It is one of the most accessible ways to begin martial arts — and a deep, ongoing practice for experienced students.
01
24 Movement Yang Style
Our practice centers on the 24 Movement Yang Style form, a widely studied sequence that develops balance, breath and whole-body coordination.
02
Tai Chi Jian & Push Hands
The curriculum also includes Tai Chi Jian (straight sword) and Tui Shou (Push Hands) — partner work that develops sensitivity, listening and rooted response.
03
Well-being, not a cure
Tai Chi supports balance, relaxation and well-being. We do not present it as medical treatment or injury rehabilitation. Come as you are and let the practice meet you there.
